Women have held this wisdom as midwives, healers and mothers, and she honors that tradition in her work with women.

Menarche, Motherhood, & Menopause

Across time and cultures, women have moved through great thresholds—menarche, motherhood, menopause—not as problems to be managed, but as journeys to be witnessed, supported, and integrated.

Each phase carries its own intelligence, rhythm, and call inward.

yet MANY WOMEN arrive at these passages DISCONNECTED from their bodies.

Cycles become burdens instead of guides. Bleeding arrives too often, not often enough, or with pain that interrupts daily life. Hormones become overridden with medications. The skin flares, energy thins, fertility fades.

Pregnancy or birth may feel disempowering—or may never come at all. Some women never longed for motherhood; others grieve its absence quietly. Postpartum is not a recovery, but an endless adrenal fatigue.

Later, the hormonal tides shift again, and a woman may feel unfamiliar to herself—tired, altered, less visible, less at home in her own skin.

when a woman is taught to IGNORE HER BODY rather than LISTEN TO IT, her body speaks in the only language it can, SYMPTOMS.

But journeys like birth and perimenopause should flow with intuitive ease.

We should enjoy the journey of discovering deeper layers of ourselves and this life.

Support should feel palpable, with these journeys as meaningful threshold events.

The elements of nature should come closer to us as herbal remedies, ceremonial blessings and connections to the divine source of love we each believe in within our worldview.

She tried to conceive, but struggled with infertility. Her pregnancy and birth felt powerless. She was the one who didn't desire Motherhood. She was the one who never achieved Motherhood.

Her hormones decreased and she found a tired person inside herself. She felt her beauty faded and her body became undesireable. Menopause did not feel majestic.

She uses a clinical framework to hold safety and honor medical investigation as warranted, which involves drawing labs, ordering ultrasounds or referring for proper medical workups.

After assuring you have not missed opportunity for medical screening, She steps into the role of the naturopath and assess what can be known from your body and your symptoms. The wisdom of herbalism, TCM, iridology, homeopathy and other traditional natural health methods guides the plan of care for your needs.

Her highest level of work is on the intuitive and energetic level. Her sessions are connected and deep with clients so that she can allow this level of inner knowing to be present. Her spiritual and energetic giftings flow through how she leads a session, the body system analysis and the hands on bodywork.
