Women have held this wisdom as midwives, healers and mothers, and I honor that tradition in my work with women.

Her cycle burdens her with symptoms. Her bleed is before or beyond the 28day window. She was placed on artificial hormones to surpress her hormonal design,. Her acne makes her hide herself.

She tried to conceive, but struggled with infertility. Her pregnancy and birth felt powerless. She was the one who didn't desire Motherhood. She was the one who never achieved Motherhood.

Her hormones decreased and she found a tired person inside herself. She felt her beauty faded and her body became undesireable. Menopause did not feel majestic.

MY methodology IS UNIQUE

INTEGRATION

of multiple modalities and educational paths informs my work

I use a clinical framework to hold safety and honor medical investigation as warranted, which involves me drawing labs, ordering ultrasounds or referring for proper medical workups.

After assuring you have not missed opportunity for medical screening, I step into the role of the naturopath and assess what we can know from your body and your symptoms. The wisdom of herbalism, TCM, homoepathy and other traditional natural health methods guides how I create plans of care for your needs.

My highest level of work is on the intuitive and energetic level. My sessions are connected and deep with clients so that I can allow this level of inner knowing to be present. I'm not sure if this is a spiritual or energetic gifting, but I've developed it through my Christian spiritual beliefs, doing bodywork for pregnancy & birth, and continual feedback that what I perceive someone needs in color, activity and soul fulfillment is aligned with what they feel they do need.

9 month journey through womanhood phases, accompanying you with wisdom and support. Includes midwifing, rites of passages, events and retreats.

2-Personalized care

Online & In-person visits for your women's healthcare and pregnancy needs. I integrate clinical, naturopathic and embodiment approaches.

3-Self-guided programs

My methodology and insight structured in online programs for pregnancy & women's health. Self-journey with light support by me.
